Operating under one ownership but with three distinct brand identities, the challenge wasn’t just volume it was clarity. The resorts needed a cohesive campaign system that could scale across channels without compromising tone or visual language.
The Challenge

Each year, we have been tasked with developing a large-scale creative campaign to drive lift ticket sales, lesson bookings, and equipment rentals across three major ski resorts – Perisher, Falls Creek, and Hotham.

The key challenge is ensuring that while the campaign objectives are shared, the creative and messaging for each resort remain unique and true to their individual brand identities. This includes maintaining distinct tone of voice, visual style, and imagery that reflect each resort’s personality and audience.

Our Approach

We delivered a comprehensive suite of creative assets for each resort, including:

  • Digital Out of Home placements
  • Display advertising
  • Social media ads
  • YouTube video ads


Each resort required 10–13 tailored message variations, resulting in a total of approximately 152 assets across all three brands.

In addition to the campaign creative, we also developed Creative Hub assets for social media use and produced all supporting copy and post content to ensure consistent, on-brand communication across channels

The Results

The end result was a cohesive yet individually branded suite of campaigns that successfully drove engagement and conversions across Perisher, Falls Creek, and Hotham.
