THE CHALLENGE

We need an awards video that will turn heads!

Maxim Business Advisors wanted a fresh, new corporate video to screen at the Hunter Business Awards. As well as a tight turn around, the video also needed to serve as an evergreen promotional video for ongoing use. The OOTS client service and creative teams love a creative and logistical challenge and delivered what Maxim needed and so much more…

WHAT DID WE DO?

THE ANSWER IS IN THE NAME!

In an open and collaborative briefing, the OOTS team discovered the Maxim team are all about truth for their client. They deliver short, simple solutions to help their clients achieve their goals. And the reason for this stems from their name: Maxim – a short concise truth.

The other element that struck the OOTS team during the visit to Maxim’s offices, was the collaborative team structures, where direct communication and open office environments produced a ‘get in and solve it’ and ‘can-do’ approach.

The result was a short video that highlighted the unique personalities, telling a short truth about why Maxim is so unique.

STANDING OUT AT THE AWARDS

However, this video wasn’t the awards video! The OOTS team had another idea up their sleeve to really stand out on the awards night. The Maxim team are down-to-earth doers. They get things done. Another way of saying this is that they are Serious Business Advisors, without the w@nk! In a fun collaboration, OOTS created a video to stand out and be remembered.

COST-EFFECTIVE CONTENT

As well as capturing content for the main two videos during the one-day of filming, the OOTS crew also had time to capture content for two extra recruitment videos, which are being utilised to target future staff candidates. The OOTS team relaxed the staff to deliver natural and in-depth content for the videos.

A SHORT CONCISE TRUTH ABOUT COLLABORATION

With a strong briefing, collaboration and open communication OOTS were able to deliver strong value for money and provide Maxim with a bank of footage and audio grabs that can also be utilised for future promotional campaigns.

Thanks to OOTS for turning around a quick 30 second video for an event that Maxim sponsored as well as our corporate and recruitment videos. A great creative concept was presented and our team all had a lot of fun being involved in the shoot.
